How to track my order?

To track your order's status, please double-check the Tracking Information email we sent to you when you make the order. There's a link to the Logistics carrier website and a tracking number where you can track it.

If you cannot track your order via the link of the Logistic carrier website, there's another way to chase it.

1. Please visit the 17 track:

2. Enter your tracking number

3. Click TRACK

4. Your tracking details updates 

You may have to select the carrier if your tracking details do not update after this step. Example as carried by Yodel:

5. Click Select Carrier to search your carrier 

6. Enter Name of Carrier: example as Chukou1

7. Your tracking details updates

If your order has been overdue for about 10 days and still has not arrived, please contact us by email at immediately and we will serve you wholeheartedly.
