1. How to check the order? 

- Without changing your browser and device, you can check the order and logistics information in the member center of Bestvibe, My Orders within 1 month (no login required).

2. Bestvibe attaches great importance to customer privacy, but we still recommend that you sign up for the membership. After registration, your anonymous orders will be automatically linked to your registered account, and you will get more member benefits.

3. If the previous order is not automatically linked to your account after registration, there are the following situations:

(1) The device was changed; 

(2) The email was not verified during the registration.
